Design-build 300 sf lab expansion to accommodate (8) proprietary server racks. Racks cooled with (5) new in-row cooling units, 225 kVa transformer, 400A panel. Project included relocation of (2) thermal chambers, CHW piping, hot aisle containment, VESDA, raised access flooring, equipment supports/anchorage, and privacy/security gate.
