Design/build project for a new PST lab Samsung Headquarters included a new house CDA system, ESD flooring, upgraded HVAC cooling for the tools, and utility columns. This fast track project was designed and built simultaneously allowing Samsung to meet ship the tool to meet its tight deadlines.

Design/build concept for robotic storage carousel in the basement of Samsung headquarters. Existing shelving was measured and itemized and this information was used to select automated shelving that would increase storage capacity along with a new shelving layout.

Design/build concept for a new bike room on the exterior of the Samsung Headquarters. Through several design iterations, a bike mounting system was selected and a bike themed detail selected. Existing HVAC was used to condition the room and exterior lighting was employed along with ceiling mounted lights.

Design/build project for a new dumpster room at Samsung Headquarters to address a strong smell from kitchen waste. Through motion analysis of the dumpster pick-up, the dumpster room was shaped to with a 13'-0" tall roll-up door, concrete guards with steel embeds, and a rear roll-up door for maintenance personnel to dump garbage.

Design/build concept for exterior trash enclosure. Clearances for door access and trash removal were taken into account and durable materials were selected to allow for easy maintenance.
