Aaron Rutledge
Aaron Rutledge has over 20 years of industry experience and is currently CEO of ARC Pacific, Inc. Aaron obtained his General Contractors license in 2009 and incorporated the company in 2014. Working his way up from the field and into Project Management, Aaron brings valuable experience in complex laboratory, clean room, aerospace, high-tech and R&D Tenant Improvement projects. Aaron graduated from San Jose State University with a BS and completed a Masters in Engineering.
JENNY HSIA
Jenny Hsia has been a builder for over 20 years, with a broad range of experience in both ground-up and tenant build-outs of tech campuses/offices/labs, highrise residential, hospitality, mission critical, and life science projects. Jenny’s career as a general contractor has also been augmented with running self-performed structural concrete, demolition, DFH, and rough and finish carpentry work. Jenny’s experience includes previously heading corporate operations at a Bay Area ENR Top Contractor. Jenny graduated from Stanford University in Mechanical Engineering.
